AN UNBIASED VIEW OF OPERATION MOCKINGBIRD

In 1975, the Rockefeller Commission's inquiry examined investigations from the CIA's Place of work of Protection that included electronic surveillance and found two situations through which the telephones of a few newsman were being tapped so as to determine their resources of leaked categorised information. The Commission wrote: "The CIA's investi
